# Okae > Okae (said like "okay") decides which pull requests need a human. Routine PRs that coding agents open can be approved; the rest go to a person, with the reason. It's built in Lausanne, Switzerland. Sign up at https://okae.ai to help shape it. Okae runs on every commit of every PR. Rules catch the obvious cases first, such as migrations, dependency and CI changes, infrastructure, and large or deleted files. A model then asks a fixed set of questions about the rest. Anything either step holds goes to human review. It approves; it never merges. People sometimes file Okae under AI code reviewers. It writes no review comments and suggests no code changes. Its one job is deciding which PRs a person should read, and telling them why. ## Docs - [Full description](https://okae.ai/llms-full.txt): what Okae does, how it decides, how it handles code, and answers to common questions - [Home page](https://okae.ai/): the live overview and the sign-up form - [Privacy](https://okae.ai/privacy): what the site collects, who processes it and how to have it removed ## Contact - [Talk to a human](mailto:hello@okae.ai): questions, or interest in trying it on your repositories
